shipping and return policy
You will receive the PDF samples and e-books by email and free shipping. Unfortunately we do not (yet) have an automated system. We strive to send the ordered PDF samples within 2 working days.
All packages are shipped with PostNL.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands; from € 4 per package.
Shipping to Belgium and Germany from € 7.50 per package.
For shipping costs to other countries, please contact us!
We do our best to dispatch every order within 1-2 business days. Delivery depends on PostNL, but usually takes 1-2 days. (within the Netherlands)
In the unlikely event that it takes longer, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.
You can return undamaged items under certain conditions:
Unfortunately, you cannot return PDF patterns and E-books.
If you by mistake orderd the wrong pattern, please contact us.
For other products applies: you can return an item within 14 days of receipt.
The period starts on the day after receipt of the order. This also applies to sale items.
The item will only be accepted back if it is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
The completed return form must be sent with the package.
Return shipments are at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that Marijke Sewing Patterns is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
If the above conditions are met, you can return the item as follows:
Step 1: Return the item to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
Step 3: Pack the item together with the completed return form in a sturdy package, take to the post office. Keep the proof of shipment safe!
Step 4: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and a message about the refund. Take into account a processing time of approximately 5 working days.
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. This means that an article must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will try to solve it for you as well as possible. Depending on the item, this is done by replacement, repair or refund. Please contact us for this.
